A fun day at the beach with the family awaits you in Messina! On this wonderful excursion you will: Depart by motorcoach, with an escort onboard, and enjoy a one-hour drive along the Ionian Coast towards Taormina, and then along the bay towards Giardini Naxos, the first Greek colony in Sicily. Pass by small local villages with panoramic views of the Straights of Messina, viewing their Mediterranean vegetation of flowers, orange and lemon trees. Arrive at the beach and have approximately 2 1/2 hours to enjoy the Naxos seaside. Be given a familiarization of the area from your guide about the beach and facilities available to you.

Take a Motorcoach ride to the mountain top village of Eze, followed by a cheese and wine tasting Excursion Description From Monaco, your motor coach will take the Middle Corniche to the Medieval village of Eze, perched on a craggy peak above the Mediterranean. Then, continue to Nice with views of Beaulieu, Cap Ferrat, Villefranche, Nice, and Cap d’Antibes. Enjoy a panoramic city tour of Nice and the old town where tall houses, bright with flowers, exclude the glare of sun and keep the streets cool. The best way to see what Naples is all about is on this most interesting excursion as its beauty will unfold before your eyes. On this excursion you will: After a short drive to Piazza Del Gesu’ is where your guided walking tour will start along the narrow streets of Spacca-Napoli quarter, always full of life and interest. Antique stalls and bookshops, tiny grocery shops and fruit stands and, above all, the gesticulating Neapolitans hold your attention as you continue walking. Visit San Domenico Square with its monumental church, pass by San Gregorio Armeno Street and enter the cave underground Naples with its old Roman Aqueduct. The underground caverns of Naples were born with the city and grew with it over the years. Learn the first excavations were done around 5,000 years ago, near the end of the prehistoric era, until the 17th century. In the early 1900’s, this aqueduct was no longer used because a newer and safer system of transporting water was created. See these tanks and tunnels, spanning more than a million square meters in length, were then abandoned. Discover in the beginning of WW II, military bombings brought once more an importance to the underground area whose tanks were then used as bomb shelters. Learn pizza was invented in Naples in 1830 and it is known worldwide that Naples has the best, different from anywhere else. You will be shown a proper "Pizzaiolo" and it will be explained to you how to make and cook a pizza in the original wood oven. A generous taste of pizzas will be served after the demonstration.
